A primer composition for plastic deposition is provided to improve work environment without using an organic solvent, to minimize a stress of a plastic material caused by an organic solvent, and to improve productivity because a drying process is reduced. A primer composition for plastic deposition comprising an acrylic emulsion and a water-dispersible acrylic urethane resin includes: a resin component comprising 30-40 parts by weight of a water-dispersible acrylic urethane resin having a solid content of 35-55wt% relative to 50 parts by weight of a water-dispersible acrylic emulsion resin having a solid content of 35-45wt%; 1-5 parts by weight of a needle-shaped silica series inorganic pigment as a pigment and 1-5 parts by weight of an additive selected from the group comprising a stabilizer, a surface controller, a flow controller, or mixtures of two or more; and a solvent mixture comprising 3-12 parts by weight of pure water and 2-7 parts by weight of a water-soluble solvent selected from the group comprising isopropylalcohol, n-butylalcohol, butylcarbitol, butylcellosolve, propyleneglycolmonoethylether, propyleneglycolmonoethylacetate, or mixtures of two or more. |
