PURPOSE:To bring a flange and the focus of X-ray tube accurately at predetermined relative position, by providing means for securing the flange to a vacuum casing under the condition where the fixing position of the flange is adjusted. CONSTITUTION:A circular projection having a tapered section is provided on the outer-circumference of a vacuum casing. A flange 12 is secured accurately to the relative position against the focus of said section through adjusting screws 13, 14. While a base 15 is secured to an insulation tube 1 such that it is at the predetermined relative position against the flange 12 secured while adjusted to the correct position. The base 15 will hold the cathode terminals 8', 9' to the predetermined relative position against the flange 12. |
