PURPOSE:To obtain an inexpensive spiral parts for a scroll type fluid-sucking and discharging device by lessening the wasteful consumption of materials and by raising the efficiency of manufacture by a method wherein the number of rectifying processes for spiral parts is reduced by reducing the angle of draft of the spiral parts to be molded. CONSTITUTION:A molding material to be charged from an opening 51 is injected into a spiral space 7 formed between the inner wall of the first spiral body 22 and the outer wall of the second spiral body 32. Furthermore, the molding material is packed into a space 8 and a ringed concavity 53 formed between the face 26 of the first mold 2 and the face 52 of the third mild 5 and solidified. After the solidification, the connection between the mold 2 and the mold 5 is released, the mold 5 is removed, a rotary driving plate 4 is turned to move the second mold 3 while turning, and its pushing force toward the spiral space 7 is released. By this, a space is formed between the inner wall of the spiral body for a spirally molded part A and the outer wall of the spiral body of the mold 3, and therefore, the molded part A can be easily removed from the mold 2. |
