FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: flexible sheet is made of at least one plate prepared with application of technology of pouring on screen by method of metal-screen printing from viscous material formed by binding agent and metal powder on the basis of superalloy. Workpiece is manufactured by means of its cutting from produced flexible sheet according to shape and dimensions of metal item and/or wafer protected surface. Workpiece is applied on protected surface of metal item and/or wafer. Elements are exposed to temperature that exceeds melt temperature of binding agent, but is below melt temperature of metal powder, for creation of coating at the account of connection formation between workpiece and protected surface of metal item and/or wafer. ^ EFFECT: protective coating with increased resistance to fray and at high temperatures. ^ 10 cl, 1 dwg |
