FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sociology, psychology and medicine and can be used for evaluation of life quality (LQ) and adaptive resource in some people and population groups. Examined individuals state their attitude to each of the following indices: standard of life, system of professional relationship, psychological health of family, state of health, healthy style of life and health-preserving behaviour, by making marks on horizontal line with starting and final marks, measured segments are given points.
