FIELD: medicine, veterinary medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of veterinary medicine. Method lies in the following: on processed wound dressing in form of plates of wound covering "Voskopran" is applied. During first 5-6 days of treatment "Voskopran" with levomecol is used, bandage being changed every 1-2 days. On 5-6 day wound is covered with plates "Voskopran" with 10% methyluracil ointment, changing dressing every 3-4 days. "Voskopran" plates are applied with 10-15 mm overlapping without removing outer protective film and without additional external bandage. In case of moderate exudation during the first period of treatment redressing is made once in tree days. As antiseptic, 3% solution of hydrogen peroxide is used. ^ EFFECT: improvement of differentiation of young connective tissue, ensuring stimulation of fibrous-healing tissue appearance with its full epithelisation. ^ 2 dwg, 2 tbl
