Superficial scleral flap is fixed on corners and on middles of lateral sides with 4 knot sutures. Thin knife "peak" is introduced under fixed scleral flap opposite its base and trabeculotomia is performed. Length of trabeculotomia must be not less than 1 mm shorter than width of scleral flap Then hydrogel grainage is implanted: its one end is introduced through trabeculotomia into anterior chamber not less than on 1 mm, the other end is placed on episclera in such way that it projects from superficial scleral flap not less than on 1.5 mm. Width of hydrogel drainage must not be greater than length of trabeculotomia.
