FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention concerns food industry, namely production of tinned concentrates of first lunch courses. Carrots are blanched and diced. Celery greens are sliced and frozen. Rice is cooked to double weight. Oyster meat is diced. All listed components are mixed in no-oxygen medium with chicken eggs, sake and table salt. Prepared mixture is packed up with chicken broth, tinned and sterilised. ^ EFFECT: production of tinned food of improved digestibility. |
