Damper of drill string has body, elastic element installed on shaft, this has rubber filler placed between the pistons, and unit for transfer of torque. Elastic element placed between two bearings has pack of cut shell springs, and unit for transfer of torque is arranged as cylindrical packs of shell springs that form elastic damper for transfer of torque and guides of long displacement.
