PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the electric resistance of a lead out wiring part without degrading the aperture ratio of a display area and without newly forming a metal film or the like. SOLUTION: A plurality of first electrodes 16 extending in parallel with each other are formed on a first substrate 11, a plurality of second electrodes 17 extending in parallel with each other in the direction crossing the first electrodes 16 viewing from a normal direction of the surface of the second substrate 12 are formed and a color filter is formed via a transparent conductive film 22 on the second substrate 12. Lead out wiring parts 10 led to a non-display area are electrically connected to the second electrodes 17, respectively and the transparent conductive film 22 constitutes a part of the lead out wiring part 10.
