<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrooptical device in which an area of a display element and that of an imaging element can be extended on the same substrate and which requires no external power source, and to provide an electronic apparatus with the electrooptical device. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of pixels each have a display element and an imaging element 2, the display element 1 has an organic EL element 10 connected to a driving transistor 20, and the imaging element 2 has a photodiode 30 connected to a control transistor 40, the photodiode 30 and organic EL element 10 being stacked at least partially one over the other with insulating layers 4 to 8 interposed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
