PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a second management center to obtain predetermined information from a client-side system without placing burdens on the second management center and the client-side system even in a structure comprising the second management center provided separately from a (first) management center and connected to a communication network. SOLUTION: The management center 1A including a center device 11A, a plurality of management centers 2, and client-side systems 3A and 3B including a data terminal 31 for obtaining predetermined information are connected to the communication network, and communication terminals 32A and 32B for transferring the information obtained in the data terminal 31 to the management center 1A are provided. When receiving a transmission request for prescribed information obtained in the data terminal 31 from the second management center 2, the center device 11A of the first management center 1A uses an instruction ID for associating the second management center 2 with the data terminal 31 to perform communication. When the communication terminals 32A and 32B receive a transmission request by communication using the instruction ID, the communication terminals 32A and 32B includes the same instruction ID in a response to the transmission request.
