PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate mounting of a ceiling panel on a wall panel from inside even if only a small gap is secured between a wall surface plate of the wall panel and a wall of a building skeleton. SOLUTION: The first wall panel 1 is formed by integrally protruding an upper end of the wall surface plate 1a upward to obtain a vertical connection plate portion 2, and cutting L-shaped first engaging grooves 3 into the vertical connection plate portion 2 from an upper edge thereof. Then the second wall panel 4 is formed by protruding an upper end of the wall surface plate 4a outward to obtain an upper horizontal flange portion 5, and cutting linear second engaging grooves 6 into the upper horizontal flange portion 5 from a protruding edge toward a protruding proximal side. To set up a bathroom, horizontal engaging protrusions 8 formed on the ceiling panel 7 are each inserted from an upper opening of a vertical slit 3a of the L-shaped first engaging groove 3 formed in the first panel 1 to engage with a groove depth 3b1 of a horizontal slit 3b, and downward facing engaging protrusions 9 of the ceiling panel 7 are each inserted from a tip opening of the second engaging groove 6 to engage with a groove depth 6a.
