摘要 |
PURPOSE:To form a clamping circuit of a CMOSIC without any PN junction diode by using a comparator which inputs an input signal voltage and a reference voltage and an analog switch which turns on and off with both positive and negative polarities by the output of the comparator. CONSTITUTION:Elements G1 and G2 are inverter gates and an SW1 is the analog switch which is constituted by connecting a PMOS transistor T1 of MOSIC structure and an NMOSTRT2 in parallel and turns on and off with the positive and negative polarities. A switch SW1 is an analog switch which is composed of a PMOSTRT1 of MOSIC structure and turns on and off at a positive voltage. Then, a waveform C obtained by clamping the positive side of an input signal (a) at an input signal I2 appears at an output terminal O2. |
