<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reactor having a portion to cause a chemical reaction with high temperature and a portion to cause a chemical reaction with low temperature, which controls the heat loss. <P>SOLUTION: A laminate 23 is constituted by laminating members 31-43. The laminate 23 has a framework 24 and a reactor body 25 arranged at the inner part of the framework 24. A box is constituted by bonding an upper cover member 21 on the framework 24 and bonding a lower cover member 22 under the framework 24. The reactor body 25 has a high temperature reaction part 25c, a low temperature reaction part 25b and a narrow part 25e connecting the high temperature reaction part 25c and the low temperature reaction part 25b. An electric heating pattern 69 is formed under the lower face of the high temperature reaction part 25c. Wiring 69-69d is formed under the lower face of the low temperature reaction part 25b.
