PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transmission method, a terminal device, and a node that can provide higher radio use efficiency or communication quality. SOLUTION: A downstream-side node on a radio LAN where a plurality of unicast streams pass transmits at least one of the plurality of streams as a reference stream and do not transmit other streams, and sends notice of a destination address thereof, and an upstream-side node having received it copies and transmits other streams using the received reference streams and destination address.
