PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a control program from being uselessly rewritten for a plurality of control boards to be vertically connected. SOLUTION: Control boards 3, 5 and 7 are connected to an electronic equipment main body part 1. The control boards 3, 5 and 7 have communication parts 33, 41, 53, 59, 73 and 79, storage parts 37, 55 and 75, and control parts 43, 61 and 81. The communication parts 33 to 79 connect from the electronic equipment main body part 1 to the control boards 3 to 7 vertically. The storage parts 37 to 75 store a control program from the electronic equipment main body part 1. The control parts 43 to 81 detect operation abnormalities of the storage parts 37 to 75, make control so as to output the abnormalities to an upper side and hold and control abnormality information from lower control boards 5 and 7 in an immediate vicinity. The control parts 43 to 81 makes control so as to store the control program into the storage parts 37 to 75 if the control program is to the control boards 3 to 7, and make control so as to transmit the control program to the control boards 5 and 7 through the communication parts 41 to 79 if not to the control boards 3 to 7, and make control so as to stop transmitting download instruction to the control boards 5 and 7 having received the abnormality information.
