PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of an inner receptacle wherein a space to lay out the receptacle is easily secured. SOLUTION: In this mounting structure of the inner receptacle in which the top face of the peripheral fringe part of the opening part 2 of a floor panel 1 is recessed to form a level difference face, and the inner receptacle is installed in the opening part 2 through a frame 11 mounted to the level difference face with the frame placed on it, the inner receptacle has a receptacle body part 13 and a bracket plate 14 to which the receptacle body part 13 is fixed, and the frame 11 and the bracket plate 14 are fastened together and fixed to the peripheral fringe part of the opening part 2 by using a screw 17.
