The invention discloses a lamp arrangement (1) with a cooling device, which has a reflector housing (2) and a lamp vessel (10) of a lamp (12), which lamp vessel extends through a recess in the reflector housing and is cooled by means of a cooling device (20). The cooling device has a cooling fluid inlet recess (14) and a cooling fluid outlet recess (16) which are provided at diametrically opposite end sections of the lamp vessel, within or adjacent to the recess in the reflector housing. An improved cooling effect and, at the same time, the possibility of offsetting the lamp vessel (10) by 180° relative to the lamp axis are thereby achieved.
