PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evade capacitative coupling with the exterior conductive member, for suppressing fluctuations of lamp electric power. SOLUTION: This is equipped with a plurality numbers of, for example, 32 dielectric barrier discharge lamps 1 in which the interior electrode 2 is arranged at one end, a first exterior electrode 3a in common with the respective dielectric barrier discharge lamps 1, a translucent second exterior electrode 3b in common with the respective dielectric barrier discharge lamps 1, and a lighting circuit 4 to apply voltage between the interior electrode 2 and the first exterior electrode 3a and the second exterior electrode 3b, and to light on the dielectric barrier discharge lamps 1. The dielectric barrier discharge lamps 1 are arranged separated from the first exterior electrode 3a and the second exterior electrode 3b, and arranged between the first exterior electrode 3a and the second exterior electrode 3b.
