PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature controlling system of a mass enclosed space, which is capable of smoothly controlling a temperature of the mass enclosed space to a target fixed temperature, accurately and almost evenly in the whole area of the space, and stabilizing a life span of an air conditioner. SOLUTION: This temperature controlling system of the mass enclosed space has a main frame 12 which holds the mass enclosed space, a plurality of ventilation air blowers 14 which are separately arranged in the mass enclosed space S of the main frame 12 and blow out required ventilation air to the space, and a plurality of temperature sensors 16 which are arranged in the mass enclosed space. Furthermore, the system has a control device 18 which controls so as to keep a space temperature at a fixed temperature while operating the ventilation air blowers 14 in the order of start blowing and stopping in the order of start blowing, when blowing ventilation air from the ventilation air blowers 14 while comparing temperature data from the temperature sensors 16 to a fixed temperature.
