PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilizing device capable of easily performing service maintenance work of various components of the sterilizing device mounted on an air conditioning device. SOLUTION: This sterilizing device 150 mounted on an opening portion 20d of a housing of the air conditioning device 100 and sterilizing the air sucked inside of the housing, comprises a base plate 3 closing the opening portion 20d, an electrolyzed-water producing portion 5 for producing the electrolyzed water by electrically decomposing the water, and a control portion 6 for producing the electrolyzed water are disposed on one face facing an outer side of the housing, of the base plate 3, and an air sterilizing portion 4 for bringing the electrolyzed water supplied from the electrolyzed-water producing portion 5 through a supply pipe 52 and the air into contact with each other, is disposed on the other face facing an inner side of the housing, of the base plate 3. The electrolyzed-water producing portion 5 is fixed to a supporting plate 56 of an approximately flat plate mounted on the base plate 3 and covered by a lid-shaped cover body 57 mounted on the support plate 56, and the control portion 6 is stored in an electric component box 62 closed by a tabular cover body at its side face.
