PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily operate even a priming pump arranged in a limited narrow space such as an underfloor part and an engine room of a vehicle. SOLUTION: The priming pump 15 and a fuel filter 25 are arranged in a fuel passage between a fuel tank and an engine. The priming pump 15 has a hollow pump body 15a composed of an elastic member, and its both-end installation parts 15b and 15c are fixed to pump fixing parts 39d and 39e of a pump installing bracket 39. The pump installing bracket 39 has a bottom part 39a and a back part 39b, and is elastically deformed by pressing the pump body 15a to the bottom part 39a and the back part 39b when operating the priming pump 15.
