PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument which solves the problem that conventionally a nozzle is covered with a dustcloth by using one hand so that sprayed warm water is not splattered in the surroundings, and that the nozzle is rinsed and cleaned by using a brush with the other hand, and which enables the nozzle to be easily rinsed and cleaned with one hand without splattering any sprayed warm water from the nozzle. SOLUTION: The nozzle, which is extended and comes out so that the sprayed warm water from the nozzle of the warm water shower toilet is not splatterd in the surroundings, is covered with a cap cover. Then a cleaning brush is incorporated into the inside of the cap, and the cap cover is moved in all directions. Thus, a foreign substance adhered to the nozzle of the instrument can be removed by the cleaning brush attached inside, and the nozzle can be cleaned with one hand without splattering any warm water in the surroundings.
