PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chromatographic sample analyzer for efficiently implementing an analysis work even if a plurality of various samples are analyzed. SOLUTION: The sample analyzer comprises: a calculation apparatus 2 for sequentially identifying a peak from chromatogram data of the sample collected by a chromatogram data collector 1 in real time, comparing the peak with a stored holding time allowable range each time the peak is identified, identifying which of to-be-analyzed object components, obtaining the quantity of the component from a detection signal of the peak or an accumulation value of the detection signal in real time based on a stored analytical curve with regard to the identified peak, and outputting an identified result and the quantity of the identified to-be-analyzed object component to a display 3 in real time; and the display 3 for sequentially displaying the identified result and the quantity of the component outputted from the calculation apparatus 2.
