PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor which can prevent a flexible board from being damaged when the flexible board is bent and housed, and can house the flexible board in a smaller space. SOLUTION: A cap 16 is provided on a diaphragm 11, and one end 14A of the flexible board 14 is connected to this cap 16. A cover 22 that directs the other end of 14B of the flexible board 14 in a direction away from the diaphragm 11 to be held by a joint 10 so that this flexible board 14 supported while being curved is attached to the cap 16. Since the flexible board 14 is not locally bent at an acute angle, crack is not generated on a copper pattern 14E provided on the flexible board 14. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
