<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid fuel which, by producing the solid fuel from waste plastics dealt as an industrial waste and lime cake generated in a sugar refining step, enables treatment other than burying treatment and attains waste treatment smoothing and energy recovery efficiency improvement, and to provide a production method of the solid fuel. <P>SOLUTION: The solid fuel is produced by stirring and heating the waste plastics to melt and soften to be rice cake-like state, adding the lime cakes therein, further stirring and mixing to be granular. Stirring of the waste plastic is performed in a condition of about 120-140°C to obtain a good rice cake-like state. Cooling water is added in a state of uniformly kneaded with lime cakes, and the obtained is further stirred to properly evaporate water so as to form granule, and thereby solid fuel having proper form to be charged into a combustion furnace is produced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
