Disclosed is a fiber-reinforced resin containing a fiber bundle (2), which is obtained by laminating a plurality of single fiber layers (20, 21, 22) in each of which a plurality of single fibers (23) are arranged in one direction, and an adhesive (3) for bonding the single fibers (23) in the fiber bundle (2) with each other. This fiber-reinforced resin is characterized in that the fiber bundle (2) has a honeycomb-like cross section.
