PURPOSE:To send surely information at the next recall connection with a simple operation when unsending information exists at the interruption of communication by providing a means detecting the reminder of the unsent information and a means controlling a sending means in response to a detection means. CONSTITUTION:A facsimile equipment 100 is connected to a line via a line interface I/F 130 and a signal line 102 from the I/F 130 is connected to a coder 108 via a modulator 104 and a buffer 106. If communication is interrupted during the transmission, the remainder of the unsent information is detected by an original sensor 320 and when the communication is restated, the unsent information is sent by operating the retransmission button 142 of an operation section 140. In this case, the original is carried in the reverse direction by a prescribed length only and the information just before the communication interruption is sent ahead the transmission of the unsent information. Thus, the end of the potion sent already is sent duplicatedly together with the unsent information and the transmission of sure information is applied by the simple operation.
