An apparatus for providing station information is provided to enhance driver convenience by displaying passenger information which is inputted by passengers waiting for buses. An apparatus for providing station information includes a transceiver(31), a display unit(20), and an input unit(11). The transceiver checks the route number of buses entering a station, and transmits and receives ingoing and outgoing information on the buses in the station. The display unit displays information on passengers waiting for the buses to drivers of the buses entering the station. The input unit is used for allowing the passengers to input information, such as the route number of the buses or get-on intention. |
