<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to perform a click operation without being aware of finger movement when depressing a touch pad. <P>SOLUTION: A remote controller 2 has integrated therewith a touch pad 5 for coordinate input and a push SW 7 for inputting the condition of being depressed or undepressed. The remote controller 2 includes an output value determining part 24 which, when the push SW 7 is not depressed, determines as an output value a value indicating the amount of movement (Xin-Xpre, Yin-Ypre) of the coordinate obtained this time by means of the touch pad 5 from the coordinate obtained last time and which, when the touch panel 5 is depressed, determines as an output value a value indicating the amount of movement (0, 0), and a sending signal generation part 25 and an RF sending/receiving part 8 for sending the output value determined by the output value determination part.
