<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker wherein the boil-over of food to be cooked caused by a bumping phenomenon is suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: This heating cooker is equipped with an object to be heated 102 such as a pan to contain food to be cooked 101, a heating means 103 to heat the object to be heated 102, a plurality of temperature measurement means 105, 106 to measure temperatures of the object to be heated 102, a heating amount relative ranking memorizing means 107 storing the heating amount relative ranking of the plurality of temperature measurement means 105, 106, a bumping possibility determining means 108 to determine a possibility of the occurrence of bumping by checking whether or not a temperature distribution different from the heating amount relative ranking stored by the heating amount relative ranking memorizing means 107 is presented, and a control means 109 to control heating according to the possibility of bumping.
