A composite molding and a process for producing a composite molding. The composite molding comprises a thermoplastic olefin elastomer molding (A) and a thermoplastic olefin elastomer molding (B) fusion-bonded thereto. The thermoplastic olefin elastomer molding (A) comprises a thermoplastic olefin elastomer composition (A') having a cyclohexane extractable content less than 5 wt.% and a compression set (JIS K6262; 70°C, 22 hr) less than 35%. The thermoplastic olefin elastomer molding (B) comprises a thermoplastic olefin elastomer composition (B') obtained by compounding 100 parts by weight of an ethylene a-olefin unconjugated diene copolymer rubber (b-1) having an unconjugated diene unit content of 6-15 wt.% with 40-150 parts by weight of a mineral-oil softener (b-2), 5-150 parts by weight of an olefin resin (b-3), and 0.01-20 parts by weight of a crosslinking agent (b-4) and dynamically heat-treating the mixture.
