<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a TS packet multiplexing apparatus capable of performing two-system switching of starting transmission of TS packet of a next video after transmission of the last packet of a video to be stopped even in the case of adopting an H. 264 method. <P>SOLUTION: In the multiplexing apparatus 10, a TS packet which is compressed and encoded in an H. 264 method by encoders 20-1 and 20-2 and output and a TS packet which is output from a data broadcasting server 30 are temporarily stored in buffers 11-1 to 11-3, multiplexed by a multiplexing part 12 and transmitted. When a stop signal is given from a controller 40, the multiplexing apparatus 10 detects end information to be attached to the header of the TS packet by a detection control part 13 and continuously performs multiplexing from the TS packet when the stop signal is received till a TS packet with the end information attached to the header. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
