<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance convenience by reducing troublesome when using an order system. <P>SOLUTION: When an order reception server 1 receives a call from an IP telephone terminal 3, the order reception server 1 is notified of a calling number of the IP telephone terminal 3 of a calling source from an IP-PBX 2. The order reception server 1 retrieves a database to check whether the notified calling number is registered, determines that the call is from a person placing an order for the first time when the calling number is not registered, and associates information about the user inputted from the IP telephone terminal 3 with the calling number to register the information in the database. On the other hand, the order reception server 1 determines that the person placing the order has placed an order before when the notified calling number is registered in the database, and reads information about the user from the database on the basis of the notified calling number to use the information about the user of the calling source. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
