PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a good packaging sheet capable of displaying a paper mark according to the Container Package Recycling Law, capable of leaving a definite amount of moisture in a bag body while holding air permeability and capable of discharging the moisture of food such as bread or the like to the outside and capable of simply packaging food at a high speed by a bag making machine. SOLUTION: The food packaging sheet includes an outer layer containing at least a natural fiber and a multi-branched polyethylene fiber being a synthetic fiber and an inner layer containing at least the natural fiber and the multi-branched polyethylene fiber being the synthetic fiber and having heat sealability and is characterized in that the occupying ratio of the multi-branched polyethylene fiber with respect to all of fibers in the whole of the sheet having at least two layers is 30-below 50 wt.%, the occupying ratio of the synthetic fiber is below 50 wt.% and the value calculated by subtracting the occupying ratio (wt.%) of the synthetic fiber in the outer layer from the occupying ratio (wt.%) in the inner layer is 0-50.
