<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to support a user for deciding deletion, addition and change of operation processes of a project, etc. and to raise user-friendliness. <P>SOLUTION: This project management support device (arithmetic processing unit 3) compares standard operation information registered in a standard operation information database 21 (storage device 2) with operation information changed by objects and conditions of the project, displays a deleting operation and an adding operation extracted as a result of comparison and information of which the user should be reminded by change of the operation processes on a display device 4 in operation planning of the project, in addition, compares the standard operation information registered in the standard operation information database 21 with operation information changed according to progress and execution states of the project and displays the deleting operation and the adding operation to be extracted and information of which the user should be reminded by change of the operation processes on the display device 4 also in execution of the project. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
