PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a channel member, a pipette chip, and a liquid supply device capable of adjusting the amount of liquid in a liquid channel to be constant. SOLUTION: A receiving part 59 is provided on each opening part 54A of the liquid channel 55 in order to allow an opening part 80 of the pipette chip 72 to adhere close to the opening parts 54A of the liquid channel 55 having the two opening parts 54A insertable by the opening part 80 of the pipette chip 72. The receiving part 59 has the first to fourth inner wall parts 59A-59D for positioning the pipette chip 72 to a position opposite to the opening parts 54A and guiding it to the opening parts 54A, and an air introducing grove 94 for introducing the outside air between the fourth inner wall part 59A and the pipette chip is provided on a position out of contact with the opening parts 54A of the inner wall parts 59A-59D.
