PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow balance settling machines to smoothly process parlor closing-time compensation for players without any trouble. SOLUTION: This game apparatus is provided with an input device carried by a game parlor staff and, when the game parlor staff inputs operation for closing-time compensation, radio transmitting a compensation command. When entering the compensation command, a control part of the balance settling machine transmits a compensation request command and a game state transmitted from each game machine to a management computer. When receiving the compensation permission command and the number of compensation balls transmitted from the management computer, the balance settling machine adds the transmitted number of compensation balls to the number of saved balls of the balance settlement machine, stores the added number, displays the number of saved balls of the balance settling machine as a result obtained by adding the number of compensation balls and, when receiving an operation input signal of a settlement command input means on condition of adding the number of compensation balls to the number of saved balls in the balance settling machine and storing them, transmits a forced termination command to a ball information control part.
