PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curved surface generation device for much more surely generating a smooth curved surface in an overall prescribed region. SOLUTION: This curved surface generation device 10 for generating a curved surface S in a region configured of a patch P surrounded by a plurality of mesh lines is provided with a tangent vector calculation means 30 for calculating the tangent vector in a uv direction in each corner C of the patch P based on the shape of the mesh line of each direction; a tangent vector orbit estimation means 40 for estimating the orbit of the tangent vector based on the tangent vector of each direction; a twist vector calculation means 50 for calculating a twist vector in each corner C based on the estimated orbit of the tangent vector of each direction; and a curved surface calculation means 60 for calculating a curved surface in the region based on the tangent vector and the twist vector in each corner C.
