PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain high cutting precision in cutting a rolled paper after printing in a printing device using a cartridge constituted by integrating an ink ribbon and the rolled paper. SOLUTION: The printing device on which the cartridge having the rolled paper and the ink ribbon is detachably loaded has a thermal transfer means thermally transferring by superposing the ink ribbon on the rolled paper, a first feeding means feeding the rolled paper while controlling the feeding distance so as to be printed in a predetermined range, a cutting means cutting the printed rolled paper, and a second feeding means discharging the printed rolled paper, the first feeding means feeding the rolled paper while controlling the feeding length so as to be able to cut the rolled paper in a predetermined length after printing, and the second feeding means stops feeding after predetermined time passes after the feeding by the first feeding means stops.
