SOLUTION: When trash is filled fully in the incinerator 1 and automatic operation for incineration starts, the inside of the incinerator 1 becomes full of flames by fire catching onto the trash. At this time, a sucking machine 40 powerfully rotates to suck all of smoke, harmful gas, and ash in the incinerator 1 through a chimney and injects them into a cleaning device 11. The ash is made to flow into a sedimentation tank as it is and settled therein, and the smoke and the harmful gas pass through the space in the cleaning device 11 being gaseous matter, then are made to flow into a right gas pipe 38 to flow into the incinerator 1 mixed with air flowing continuously from a blower 60. Inside the incinerator 1, fire power is intensified by force of continuously flowing air and the flow of air sucked from the sucking machine 40. The trash in the incinerator 1 is quickly burned by air flowing from the right to left, and the trash can be burned at once in a short time without discharging any smoke, harmful gas, and ash into the air.
