METHOD FOR RECOVERING CYCLOHEXANONE OXIME

A method for recovering cyclohexanone oxime is provided to recover cyclohexanone oxime in liquid state with a high yield, thereby improving the convenience of the reuse of oxime. A method for recovering cyclohexanone oxime comprises the steps of evaporating liquid cyclohexanone oxime by heating to obtain the cyclohexanone oxime gas; distilling the residue at a pressure lower than that the evaporation pressure by heating; and recovering the cyclohexanone contained in the residue. Preferably the distillation is carried out at a pressure of 1.4-10 kPa; and the cyclohexanone oxime gas separated by the distillation of the residue comes to be in contact with a solvent capable of dissolving cyclohexanone oxime so as to obtain a cyclohexanone oxime solution, and cyclohexanone oxime is recovered from the solution.
