PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric vehicle which facilitates putting in and out of a battery housing mounted in a housing provided below a floor. SOLUTION: A housing 36 is provided under a floor 35 formed in a front lower side of a seat 17 in an electric two-wheeled vehicle 10 so as to accommodate a battery box 40 therein. A rear wheel 12 is rotated by power supplied form the battery box 40 to run the electric two-wheeled vehicle 10. The upper end opening of the housing 36 can be opened and closed with a lid 37 constituting a part of the floor 35. The battery box 40 can be accommodated in the housing 36 with a longitudinal direction turned to a forward and backward direction of the electric two-wheeled vehicle 10. A grip 46 is provided at a front end of the battery box 40. Inclined surfaces 38a, 38b are formed on the front surface of the side surface part 36a in the housing 36. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
