PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a mounting space and a mounting cost while achieving a high output, for example, in a microwave amplifier. SOLUTION: The amplifier is provided with a transistor 1 for amplification, and an impedance conversion circuit 3 configured by being connected to the output part of the transistor 1 for amplification and connecting a plurality of transistors 9 and 12 for impedance conversion with different input impedance in series.
