<p>Provided is a technology for obtaining an organic EL element wherein a light emitting efficiency does not deteriorate even when an electrode layer is formed on the surface of charge injection layer by sputtering method. Organic EL elements (40, 160) are provided with first charge injection layers (23, 126), first organic layers (24, 124), and second charge injection layers (25, 128). The second charge injection layers (25, 128) are formed as mixed layers wherein a base organic material and a charge injection metal material are mixed. Even when an electrode layer (26) is formed on the surface of the second charge injection layer (25) by sputtering method, light emitting efficiency does not deteriorate.</p> |
