Disclosed is an optical adhesive which is composed of an acrylic copolymer and used for an optical film with adhesive or the like. This optical adhesive hardly causes display unevenness in the peripheral portion of a display surface. Specifically disclosed is an optical adhesive characterized by containing an acrylic copolymer which contains an alkyl (meth)acrylate (a1) and an N-(2-hydroxyethyl) (meth)acrylamide (a2) as monomer units.
