<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser drive circuit in which the generation of ringings can be deterred and the frequency characteristics having no peaks can be realized, and to provide a laser drive method and an optical recording system. <P>SOLUTION: The laser drive circuit has first and second transmission lines 11 and 12; a first drive circuit DRV11 which sends out drive signal current of a laser diode 13 to the laser diode 13 via the first transmission line 11; a second drive circuit DRV12 which sends out a high-frequency component of the drive signal current to the laser diode 13 via the second transmission line 12; and a correction circuit FQCTL, which corrects current addition level of the second transmission line 12, in response to control signal CNT (±), corresponding to the characteristic fluctuations of the laser diode 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
