PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent behavior variation of a vehicle unexpected by a driver during an abnormality such as a failure in an accelerator opening sensor in a brake hold control device. SOLUTION: This brake hold control device is equipped with a brake actuator 32 equipped with a brake holding solenoid valve for holding braking force of a vehicle, two accelerator sensors 20, 22 for controlling and detecting abnormality that detects an accelerator opening, and a brake ECU 24 in which detection signals from the two accelerator opening sensors 20, 22 are inputted. The brake ECU 24 releases braking force when a predetermined brake hold release condition is satisfied that includes a brake hold releasing accelerator opening condition. In the brake hold releasing accelerator opening condition, both of accelerator openings AP1, AP2 corresponding to the detection signals from both of the two accelerator opening sensors 20, 22 are larger than a predetermined opening.
