A colored curable resin composition is provided to realize excellent coating characteristics when forming a colored pattern via a slit coating process, to obtain a color filter having an excellent film surface shape and excellent contrast. A colored curable resin composition comprises: (a) a colorant; (b) a solvent; (c) two or more kinds of binder resins; (d) a photopolymerization initiator; and (e) a surfactant, wherein the two or more kinds of binder resins have 0.0005-0.0050 eq/g of (meth)acryloyl groups, and an acid number of 15-150 mgKOH/g. At least one of the binder resins comprises a (meth)acrylic copolymer having an alicyclic (meth)acryloyl group at the side chain thereof.
